Joe Paschal is from Dyersburg, TN. He has been married to LeeAnn Paschal for 35 years. They have two children, Joseph C. Paschal, Dyersburg, TN and Anna Grace Paschal, Martin, TN. LeeAnn Paschal is the owner of LeeAnn’s Beauty Salon. Joe is a graduate of Dyersburg High School. He is also a current member of Dyersburg First Assembly of God. Joe is retired from the Tennessee Army National Guard after serving 29 years.
