Bonnie B. Holt

Bonnie B. Holt, 87, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at her residence.  Born June 1, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Amond Boyd and Gola Jones Bivens.  She was retired from the Social Security Administration and a member of First United Methodist Church.  She always said her primary job was raising her sons and assisting her husband with his political career.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Curry Funeral Home.                        

Funeral services will be private.

She is survived by her two sons, Steve Holt of Covington, Jeff Holt (Debbie) of Dyersburg; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Holt and her daughter-in-law, Linda Holt.  

The family requests memorials be directed to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 452, Dyersburg, TN  38025-0452.
