Rachel Louise Stallings

Rachel Stallings, 88, of Drummonds, TN died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at her residence.  Born September 9, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Edward Luther and Annie Beatrice Williamson Richardson.  She was a member of The Church of God of Prophecy.                                     

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2018 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Paul Williamson with interment to follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

James Sullivan, Keith Chappell, Kevin Chappell, Joshua Jones and Christian Kelley will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from Saturday, March 10th beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.                                    

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Sullivan (James) of Drummonds; three grandchildren, Alishia Jones, Clayton Hindman, Clyde Saylor, Jr.; and three great-grandchildren, Christian Kelley, Dixielynn Jones, EllieMae L. Jones.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, James M. Stallings, Jr.; and her daughter, Vicki Lynn Stallings Saylor.
