Gary N. Holder

Gary N. Holder, 74, of Ridgely, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at his residence.  Born April 1, 1943, he is the son of the late Silvan Autman and Mary Lorene Bargery Holder.  He was a Baptist and retired mechanic at Wynnburg Tractor Company. Gary was the Land Captain for Lake County Rescue Squad for many years.  He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.             

He is survived by one daughter, Toni Holder of Ridgely; one son, Royce Holder (Andria) of Ridgely; five grandchildren, Colton Holder, Braxton Holder, Joshua Holder, Blake Holder and Lilly Holder; two great-grandchildren, Gauge Holder, Addy Holder; and one brother, Kenneth Holder.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Holloway Holder; one granddaughter, Georgiana Holder; and one sister, Bethel Jones.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at The River of Life Church in Ridgely officiated by Brother Gene Gregory and Brother Clayton Mahan.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, beginning at 12 Noon until service time at the church.
