Marie Childress

Marie Childress, 48, of Munford, died Saturday, May 6, 2017 at her residence. Born July 7, 1968, she was Administrative Assistant at Road Warriors and a homemaker.                           

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 11, 2017 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Calvin Smith with interment to follow in Dry Hill Cemetery.   

Pallbearers will be Josh Childress, Keith Wilbanks, Mike Thedford, Andy Baker, and Jason Childress.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 10th at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, John Childress; her daughter, Amber Whitt of Munford; three step-sons, John Childress of Senatobia, MS, Jason Childress of Lake Cormorant, MS; Cody Childress of Fayetteville, AR; and three grandchildren, Lana R. Whitt, Noah Whylan and Lexi Childress.  

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janie Connell (4/20/2017).
