John L. Yarbro, Jr.

John L. Yarbro, Jr., 61, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at his residence. Born June 23, 1955, he was the son of the late John L., Sr. and Cissie Alley Yarbro. He was a farmer and landowner.  John was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church. He was a talented graphic artist, avid photographer and car enthusiast. 

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017 conducted by Reverend Dell King with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.                 

Pallbearers will be Brad Campbell, J.B. Campbell, Mike Carlson, Guy Marsh, Tom Cross, Chucky Moody, Al Yarbro and Jeff Belton.  Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Turnage, Duke Turnage, Patrick Turnage, Billy Bivens, Tim Bivens and Andy Bivens.

The Yarbro family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 – 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, Jana; one sister, Lee Yarbro Campbell (Joe) of Dyersburg; his nephews and niece, Brad Campbell (Amy) of Dyersburg, J.B. Campbell (Miranda) of Senoia, GA; Amanda Carlson (Michael) of Murfreesboro; great-nieces, Alaina and Ella Campbell; his in-laws, Freddie and Sue Graybill of Hendersonville; his brother-in-law, Jeff Graybill (Brenda) of Cottontown; his God-daughter, Audrey Belton; his God-son, Andrew Belton and a host of dear cousins.
