Donna Walton

Donna J. Walton, 68, of Finley, died Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, TN.  Born June 30, 1948, she was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Doug Ellingsworth and Reverend Tim McDonald with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.  

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Walton, Christopher Walton, Jason Walton, Nathan McDonald, Ricky Jennings and Marty Ray.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 22nd from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, David Walton; daughter Rachel McDonald (Nathan) of Dickson; five sons, David Walton, Jr. of Tiptonville, Jason Walton (Sara) of Brookfield, IL, Jeremy Walton (Amanda) of Bartlett, IL, Christopher Walton (Denise) of Westchester, IL, Donald Kenneth Rollins of Sharon, TN; her father, Donald Rollins of Sharon; one sister, Sheila Rollins of Sharon; one brother Donald Rollins, Jr. of Westchester, IL; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Boxx Rollins, one brother, Edward Lee Rollins and one granddaughter, Melissa Walton.
