Belinda Powers

Belinda Powers, 65, of Finley, died Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.  Born May 10, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Crell and Frances Harris Bluew.  She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.  Mrs. Powers was retired from Walmart.  

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Billy Criswell with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.   

Pallbearers will be Justin Puraty, Ken Knotts, Gary Underwood, David Walker, Jeremy Bopp and Mike Williams.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 1st from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her son Justin Powers (Jennifer) of Martin; her grandson, Eli Price Powers and her step-grandson, Nathan Willis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Price Wayne “P.W.” Powers; and her brother, Michael Lynn Bluew.
