Helene C. Nail

Helene Caroline Malia Thomas Nail, 73, of Dyersburg died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at her residence.  Born October 24, 1942, she was a beloved wife, mother and Grandma.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nail will be at 11:00 a.m Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Bill Phipps.  Interment will follow in Fairview       Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Canada, Jonathan Canada, Barry Lovell, Ray Canada, Robert Griffin, Jr. and Steve Palmer.

The Nail family will receive friends Friday, March 25th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

She is survived by two daughters, Darla Lovell and husband Barry of Newbern, Tanya Canada and husband Jeff of Dyersburg; one son, Austin Nail of Dyersburg; her sister, Alberta Johnson of South Renovo, PA; four grandchildren, Brandi Lovell Cahill, Lauren Lovell, Lindsey Lovell Gibbons, Jonathan Canada (Kayla) and three great-grandchildren Braylin Sipes, Malia Gibbons and Barrett Sipes.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Nail; her son, Adam Nail; and 3 brothers.

The family request memorials be made to the Community Cancer Fund, P. O. Box 1055, Dyersburg, TN 38025-1055.
