Parker Glen Tate, infant son of Aaron (A. J.) Tate, Jr. and Chynna Parker, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 P. M., Thursday, January 7, 2016 conducted by Brother Kenny Chessor at Fairview Cemetery.
In addition to his parents, Parker is survived by his grandparents, Mike and Valerie Parker of Dyersburg and Aaron and Tammy Tate of Newbern; his great-grandparents, Jim and Pat Howard and Johnny and Maxine Tate, all of Dyersburg, Steve and Cyndi Webb of Friendship, Ruby and Larry Alexander of Dyer; his great-great-grandparents, Robbie Webb and Crindola Milner, both of Dyersburg and his aunt and uncles, Hillary and Justin Permenter, Cody and Brittany Tate, Courtney and Brandon Boane, all of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, J. D. and Rachel Stout.
