Danny Riggins

Danny Riggins, 63, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis. Born June 9, 1952 to the late James Harold Riggins and Marie Hendren, he was a retired truck driver. Graveside services will be at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 in the City Cemetery in Dyersburg, conducted by Brother Calvin Smith. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Emmett Smith, Jamie Vestal, Terry Vestal, Tim Vestal, Will Barger and Wayne Vestal. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 30th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. He is survived by his daughter, Danna Riggins of Dyersburg; his mother, Marie Hendren of Dyersburg; 1 brother, Billy Riggins of Azele, TX; 1 step daughter, Emily Kilzer and step son, Adam Kilzer, both of Dyersburg and 1 step sister Susie Cavaness of Trenton. He was preceded in death by his father, James Harold Riggins, his step mother, Bettye Riggins and his step sister, Belinda Hassell.
