Minnie Bell "Big Mama" Anderson Mancell, 73, of Tiptonville, died Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker. Funeral services for Mrs. Mancell will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Mac Daniels. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Leroy Sieber, Jr., Matthew Sieber, Dusty Moore, Hunter Caviness, Brian Russell and Allen Anderson, Jr. The family will receive friends Friday, July 24th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Sanders and husband Billy of Ridgely; 4 sons, Douglas Anderson, Willie Anderson and wife Debbie, both of Dyersburg, George Anderson and wife Lisa of Richwoods, Charles Anderson and wife Debra of Tiptonville; 4 step-sons, Howard Mancell, Richard Mancell, Matthew Mancell, all of Gleason, Dewayne Mancell of Bogota; 6 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 22 step-great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, James Parker; husbands William Boyd "Hoppy" Mancell and James Melvin Anderson and her parents.
