Joy Fay Roberson

Joy Fay Roberson, age 73, died Friday, July 17, 2015 at Asbury Gardens, North Aurora, Illinois. She was born and raised in Dyer County, Tennessee, married Delbert Roberson, and moved to Summit, Illinois. She was the beloved wife of the late Delbert, loving mom of the late Felecia (Don) Garmon, Byran (Heidi) Roberson, and Jason Roberson, dear grandma of Melissa, Amanda, and Donnie Garmon; Ashley and Shane Roberson; and Alec and Raini Eldorado, cherished great-grandma of Ethan Setters, Addyson and Austin Wall, and , Camden Garmon, dearest sister of 10, and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a longtime employee of Fairfax Nursing Home. Visitation in Illinois will be Monday, July 20, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Lack & Sons Funeral Home, 9236 S. Roberts Rd. (8000 W.) Hickory Hills. Visitation in Dyersburg, TN will be 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Curry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, July 23rd in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
