Charles Edward Manns, Sr.

Charles Edward Manns, Sr.,63, of Tiptonville, died Thursday, January 18, 2024, at this residence.  Born December 27, 1960, he is the son of the late Arthur and Emma Pauline Overall Manns.   He retired as a self-employed roofer.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. 

He is survived by three children, Joseph Scott Manns, Bradley Scott Manns, Charles Edward Manns, Jr.; three sisters, Pat Cermak (Len), Carol Curlin, Shirley Rambo (James), all of Union City; and one brother, Jimmie Manns of Miston.
