Emily Dowdy

Emily Dowdy, 36, of Finley, died Saturday, March 27, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 12, 1984 in Dyersburg to Vickie Enochs White and Billy M. Dowdy, Jr.  

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Emily will be held at a later date.

She is survived by 2 children, Finlee Dowdy and Hayden Kirby, both of Finley; her only love, Jeremy Kirby; her mother, Vickie White (Anthony) of Finley; her father, Billy M. Dowdy, Jr. of Dyersburg; one sister Amy Permenter (William) of Halls; one brother Donnie Lee of Dyersburg; and her step-brother, James Winter of Dyersburg.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eugene and Barbara Enochs and her paternal grandparents, Billy, Sr. and Helen Dowdy.
