Eva Leggett Harris

Eva Leggett Harris, 65, of Dyersburg, died Friday, September 20, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Born July 20, 1954, she is the daughter of the late Reverend Thomas and Juanita Davison. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Assembly of God in Kennett, MO.

Graveside funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2019 Fairview Cemetery officiated by Brother Calvin Smith. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.

She is survived by her husband Steve Harris; one daughter, Melonie Metheny (Jeff) of Winder, GA; three grandchildren, Shelby Coughlin, Hannah Williams, Gabbriella Williams; one great-grandchild, Amelia Coughlin; and one sister, Treva Westmoreland of Dyersburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Danny Ray Leggett and her sister, Patty Davison.

The family requests memorials be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
