Floyd Prows

Floyd Prows, 71, of Tiptonville, TN, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, at the West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital, Dyersburg, TN, after succumbing to a Covid-19 infection. Mr. Prows, a former resident of Blount County, TN, was born on Nov. 4, 1949, at Somerset Hospital, Somerset, Ky., the son of the late Burgess Prows and the late Emmaline Prows Williamson. Survivors include Mr. Prows' sister, Kathleen Prows Atchley, and brother-in-law, Lowell Atchley, Lexington, Ky., and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Prows was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Christopher Lawhon, Alcoa, TN. Mr. Prows' remains will be interred at a later date following a private gathering at a burial site at LaFollette, Tenn. We are privileged and honored to serve the Prows family.
