Hazel Free

Hazel Free, 100, of Finley died Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Oakwood Community Living Center. Born November 18, 1919, she was the daughter of the late John and Esther Fluty.  She was retired from Heckethorn Manufacturing Company.

Mrs. Free is survived by three grandchildren, Kim Bennett (Rick) of Southhaven, MS; Merribeth Free Myers (Jason) of Dyersburg; Nicol Free Slone (Ben) of Tullahoma; four great-grandchildren, Tori Beth Myers, Bethany Bennett, Zoey Paige Slone, Charlie Bennett; and her daughter in law, Janet Free of Dyersburg.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Free; her two sons, Johnny Eugene Free and Quincy Edward Free and her siblings.
