Jason Glen Stewart age 48 of Newbern died Saturday, March 9, 2024, in Oak Grove, Kentucky.  Born January 1, 1976, in Chicago, Illinois, he is the son of Brenda Sue Walker Stewart and the late Rev. Glen Roger Stewart.

 

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2024, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Lowers, II officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery in Halls.


Josh Stewart, Justin Stewart, Jordan Stewart, Steven Stewart, Jonathan Stewart and Michael McCaslin will serve as pallbearers.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.

 

He is survived by three sons, Josh Coleman (Jennifer) of Trimble, Justin Stewart of Trimble and Jordan Stewart (Ashley) of Texas; mother, Brenda Sue Stewart of Newbern; sister, Glenda Sue Stewart of Iowa; brother, Brent Stewart of Newbern. Other survivors include two grandchildren, Kati Coleman and Aubrey Stewart. 

 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kellie Baker Stewart and one brother and a sister, Mark Stewart and Lisa Berry.
