Joe "Little Joe" Tidwell

Joe “Little Joe” Tidwell, 61, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.  Born December 17, 1959, he is the son of Silba Cunningham and the late Joe F. Tidwell, Sr. Little Joe was the owner of Chandler’s Family Haircare for 42 years.  He was three time Past Master of the Haller Lodge F&AM of Halls #564. He was also a plural member of Hess Lodge #93 for 30+ years. Joe was an avid hunter.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral  

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Tidwell; daughter Brittaney Tidwell (Brent Reed) of Dyersburg; son Austin Tidwell (Lauren Stewart) of Miston; his Mother, Silba Cunningham of Dyersburg; two grandchildren, Killian Haynes, Haddie Reed; and his sister, Lisa Tidwell Baker (Mike) of Dyersburg.

The family requests memorials be directed to the Community Cancer Fund, P. O. Box 1055, Dyersburg, TN 38025-1055.
