Linda Reed

Linda Wheeler Reed, 78, of Dyersburg, died Monday, November 27, 2023 at AHC of Dyersburg.  Born June 13, 1945, she is the daughter of the late Johnny and Betheal Moody Wheeler. Mrs. Wheeler was a nurse’s aide.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery officiated by Reverend Joey Reed. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 29^th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Curry Funeral Home.  Visitation will also be held from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., Thursday, November 30^th at the funeral home.   

Chris Reed, Dustin Reed, Brent Reed, Matthew Reed, Bubba Reed and Colton Bane will be serving as pallbearers.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Reed and Homer Reed (Sharon) both of Dyersburg; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Reed; one son, Jeff Reed; her sister, Joann Harris; four brothers, Don Wheeler, J. R. Wheeler, David Wheeler and Lewis Wheeler and one grandchild Brittany Reed.
