Martha Sue Burns

Martha S. Burns, 82, of Dyersburg, died Monday, May 15, 2023 at
West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg.  Born September 20, 1941, she is the daughter of the late Clovis Arry and Audry Tomlin Lyle.  She was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2023 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Dr. John Lowrance.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Jackson, Kimberly Jackson, both of Dyersburg; three sons, Michael Jackson, Jeff Jackson, Leroy Jackson, all of Dyersburg; three sisters, Pearlene Jarrell, Lizzy Williams, Mary Jarrell, all of Fulton, MS; seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richie Jackson, two sisters and one brother.
