Mary Apple

Mary Apple, 41, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.  Born April 19, 1982, she is the daughter of Howard and Barbara Apple and the late Lura Harper Apple. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2023 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Larry Koonce with interment to follow in Palestine Cemetery.

Chris Thompson, Shawn Criswell, Fred Bolden, David Ross, Wesley Campbell and Dr. Scott Self will honor Mary by serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 22nd beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. 

She is survived by her parents, Howard and Barbara Apple. 

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Whitt. 

The family requests memorials be directed to Second Baptist Church.
