NovaLeigh Walton

NovaLeigh Walton passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on Thursday, August 17, 2023. She was born on August 5, 2023. During her thirteen short days here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.  Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on in our hearts forever.

NovaLeigh Walton was born on Saturday, August 5, 2023 to parents Ellie Bush and Hunter Walton at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg. She weighed 1 pound, 12 ounces and was 13 inches long.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Sorrell’s Chapel Cemetery.

Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.

Cody Walton will be serving as pallbearer.

NovaLeigh Grace is the daughter of Hunter Walton and Ellie Bush, of Dyersburg, TN. NovaLeigh is survived by one sibling, Donald (Ethan) Bush. Her paternal grandparents are Bruce (BJ) and Belinda Walton of Dyersburg; and maternal grandparents Tanaya Dean Hooten (Cliff Hooten) and Chris Bush, all of Dyersburg. Her paternal great grandparents are Doris Walton of Dyersburg and Mary Nell Sanders (Ronnie Cole) of Trimble; and her maternal great grandparents are Rhonda Joyce Carden (Tim Phillips) of Dyersburg.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents Bruce Walton Sr. and James (Buddy) Ray; and maternal great grandparents Donald Raymond Carden; and Gladis Dean Carden; Mai Frances Perry; AC Johnson; Pollie Sharon Johnson; and Terry Randall Bush. Also, an uncle Bradley Shane Ray and Cousin Peyton Ian James Walton.
