Patsy Ruth Cowles

Patsy Ruth Cowles, 75, of Dyersburg, died Monday, February 17, 2020 at West Tennessee Healthcare – Dyersburg Hospital. Born August 24, 1944, she was retired from the Social Security Administration as a supervisor.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael Scott Cowles (Vickie Viar), Mark Stephen Cowles, both of Dyersburg and one grandson, Michael Anthony Cowles of Spring Hill, FL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cowles, Sr; her mother, Thelma Grant, her grandson, Michael Alex Cowles.
