Peggy McDaniel

Peggy J. McDaniel, 78, formerly of Lenox, passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 in Martin. Born November 21, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Nina Mae Hutson McDaniel. She was retired from Thomas Industries. Peggy was church clerk for the Lenox Baptist Church for 30 years. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Bill Parmenter with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 23rd beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine McDaniel of Huntingdon; and a host of nieces and nephews to cherish her memories. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Evelyn Wiemer, Modessa McDaniel Daniels and Geraldine Wilson; and one brother, Charlie Bill McDaniel.
