Robert "Bob" Curtis Cahill, Jr.

Robert (Bob) Curtis Cahill, Jr., 60, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, February 27, 2020 at his residence. Born January 18, 1960, he was the son of the late Robert Curtis and Mildred Ruth Cahill.  He was retired from Royal Guard.  Mr. Cahill proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Cahill; two daughters, Bobbie L. Haynes (Josh) of Dyersburg, Mary A. Collins or Louisville, KY; one son, Robert C. Cahill III (Cherish) of Jackson; one sister, Teresa Anderson of Flint, MI; one brother, Lowell Cahill; ten grandchildren; best friend, Bryant Singleteary; plus all the children who are very dear to us, Jesse, Lil’ Bobby, Nicole, Jon, Kevin, Deon, Tyler, Amber, Will, Amanda, Kenny, Timmy, Cody, Shaggy, Holly, Ben, Jeff and Scott.

The family is extremely grateful to AseraCare Hospice, especially the nurses, Monica, Summer, Stacy and Pastor Kalvin for the fantastic job they did taking care of Robert.
