Walter Richard Howard

Walter Howard, 77, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at his residence. Born July 29, 1943, he was the son of the late L.J. and Cora Ann Tate Howard. He was retired from Eaton as the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 5, 2021, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Zachary Bennard. He is survived by two sons, Randy Lynn Howard and Jamie Lynn Howard; five grandchildren, Brooklyn Sky, Addie Grace, Aubree, Mason and Saylor; two sisters, Edna Gibson (Dale) and Minnie Zaricor; and two brothers, James Howard (Pat) and Joe Howard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, L.J. Howard, Jr, Billy Howard and one sister, Madie Climer. Cremation services are under the direction of Curry Funeral Home.
